I currently work as a Design Researcher in healthcare ux
for IU Health’s statewide healthcare network
based out of Indiana, USA
Through the patient-engagement arm, ResearchJam.
We engage with various patient groups/health providers/physicians, conducting generative and evaluative research to uncover how healthcare services are delivered and experienced from each perspective.
This ‘research-first’ approach informs us towards designing
‘targeted health solutions’ in the form of service/user research or web/mobile based design solutions.
I’ve guided & created work product to enable improved healthcare outcomes through the following case studies.
